New and renovated fitness equipment for Pukinmäki Sports Park

Pukinmäki Sports Park in northeast Helsinki will be reformed. Several new pieces of equipment have been installed in the local exercise site in the sports park, and older pieces have been repaired and moved.

The sports park now features brand-new pieces of equipment, such as so-called junior fitness equipment by Waffa, which utilise bodyweight resistance. The equipment is particularly suitable for circuit training and rehabilitation. It is also easy and light to use, meaning that e.g. school-age children and young people can use it for exercise. In addition to this, a new outdoor gym with weight-stack equipment was completed roughly two months ago in Pukinmäki Sports Park. A new climbing frame, alphabet squares for hopscotch and a multipurpose arena and multipurpose rink for various ball games have also been added to the park.

The park’s balancing course, climbing wall, so-called bird’s nest swing and table tennis table have also been repaired.
