Search for SUP board and kayak entrepreneurs for Aurinkolahti and Lauttasaari beaches

The City of Helsinki’s Recreation Services will lease pieces of land at the Aurinkolahti and Lauttasaari beaches for the next three years.

The sites will be leased based on an open call aimed at companies with a valid business ID. If there are several applications to one site, the applicant paying the higher rent will be selected. The operator must determine and acquire the necessary permits issued by the authorities (these may include permits issued by e.g. building control, environmental control or rescue authorities). Once the permits are in order, a lease agreement may be signed for the site.

The lease period is three years. The minimum rent per year is EUR 1,500.
The areas leased (around 15 m2) are primarily intended for summertime use.
