Kiosk vendors sought for Munkkiniemi and Pikkukoski beaches

The City of Helsinki Sports Services will be leasing the kiosk spots on Munkkiniemi and Pikkukoski beaches for the next four years.

The facilities will be leased based on an open call directed to companies with a valid business ID. If there are several applications to one site, the applicant paying the higher rent will be selected. The operator must determine and acquire the necessary permits issued by the authorities (these may include permits issued by e.g. building control, food control, environmental control or rescue authorities). Once the permits are in order, a lease agreement may be signed for the site.

The lease period is four years. The minimum rent per year is EUR 1,500. Electricity will be charged according to consumption.

The kiosk spots are primarily intended for summertime use.
