Park exercise sessions

Summer is famously the time for free and popular park workouts. The summer season will feature these classic workouts in numerous locations all around Helsinki from the beginning of June until the end of August. We welcome everyone to enjoy diverse workouts in the fresh outdoor air.

Park exercise sessions include warm-up, stepping, strength training and cool-down. Everyone can take part in the exercise session according to their own fitness level. Park exercise may involve movement on different levels, such as standing, on your knees and on the ground. We recommend that you bring your own exercise mat to park exercise sessions. Park exercise sessions are subject to weather conditions, which means that they are not organised if it rains.
