The Sports Services have the right to change the services they offer or their content. The Sports Services are not responsible for the service or content of another service provider in any way, even if this service can be accessed, for example, through the electronic services of the Sports Services via a link or in other ways. The Sports Services are not responsible for any damage caused to the customer by the use of incorrect, incomplete or ambiguous information in the services. The Sports Services are only responsible for the accuracy of the information related to the products they sell and the services they offer, as well as their quality and functionality.

2. Electronic sports services

2.1 Identification and registration

Persons registering for the service must be 18 years of age or older or have their guardian’s (i.e. caregiver’s) permission. By using the electronic sports services, the customer accepts the terms and conditions for customer agreements in supervised sports and the terms of use of the Sports Services’ electronic customer services.
The electronic customer service system contains personal data, the processing of which requires that the user is identified before using the service. In the electronic customer service system, the authentication is based on the VETUMA procedure, where the user authenticates with their personal bank ID, mobile certificate or a company’s or a community’s Katso ID.
You will be asked to register when you use the service for the first time. After registration, you will have your own folder in the service.

2.2 Data protection

All personal data collected in connection with the supervised courses of the Sports Services are stored in a customer register. The register description and other information on data protection and privacy rights can be found on the website of the Helsinki City Executive Office under Privacy protection and information security.

2.3 Service availability

The Sports Services are not responsible for the uninterrupted, timely or error-free availability of the service. The Sports Services are not responsible for any technical problems, interruptions caused by maintenance or installation operations or changes or loss of data contained in the service or other data caused by these, or for data transmission problems, disruptions or interruptions caused by third parties, or any damage caused by these. The Sports Services have the right to suspend the service due to a change, renewal or technical reason related to the service or due to the renovation, installation or maintenance of the telecommunications network or other similar reason, or as required by legislation or other official regulation. The Sports Services limit the interruption to as short a period as possible. Any interruptions will be announced in advance, if possible.

2.4 Rights

All rights to the electronic sports service are held by the Sports Services or other content providers or licence holders. The Service Provider has the right to stop providing the electronic sports service. This will be announced on the Sports Services website (https://www.hel.fi/en/culture-and-leisure/sports) well in advance before the service is discontinued. The electronic sports services are provided by Enkora Oy Ltd.

2.5 The Customer’s right to use the service

When registering for the electronic sports services under these terms and conditions, the customer receives the right to use the service, as specified in these terms and any service-specific terms and conditions. When registering for a sports course and paying for their participation in the electronic sports services, the customer must confirm their reservation by returning from the online bank back to the service. The customer is responsible for paying for the reservation and returning to the service. The Sports Services are not responsible for payment errors or cancellations of reservations caused by not returning to the service after payment. In some locations, the use of sports services requires that the customer has a personal customer card worth EUR 4. When the customer pays for a product, a binding contract is formed between the customer and the City of Helsinki. The reservation is valid only at the time indicated on the form.
