HobbyStart for 12-16-year-olds

HobbyStart is a personal service for young people who want to start a physically activating hobby and promote their own well-being. The aim is to encourage children to be physically active and to find a low-threshold, physically activating hobby.  

Customers are encouraged by an exercise counsellor in charge of the sports services. There are 1–3 meetings and they include trying out different sports and forms of exercise and guidance in accordance with the young person’s preferences. 

The service is free of charge.
